Verify that packets are taking the correct path through your network.  This script will telnet into any number of routers and perform traceroutes for a list of IP addresses.  For each traceroute performed the actual path is recorded and compared against the expected path.  Why go through the painful detail of verifying the path manually each time.  Verify the path manually once, then use the script to verify the path automatically each time after.  Also great for network test-beds while testing (and re-testing) failure scenarios.
